Fitness

Physical fitness is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Research has proven that exercise can:

EatWell CT is partnered with Greenwich Triathlon Club and JS Performance to offer programs in general fitness including physical therapy, rehabilitation, hypertrophy and balance, weight loss and sport-specific training. Coach Jon Stellwagen is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA). Jon has worked throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties for over eight years and specializes in athletic conditioning, core development, weight loss and triathlon training.
