Eat Well Connecticut is devoted to promoting optimal health through a nutritious lifestyle based on good eating habits, physical wellness and a positive relationship with food. We provide individual and group nutrition counseling for children and adults for a variety of medical conditions and nutritional considerations.
Our comprehensive services are varied based on your individual needs. Additionally, we offer group and corporate classes on the fundamentals of healthy eating including: weight management, heart health, diabetes care, supermarket and restaurant tours, meal planning and recipe makeovers, and cooking and fitness classes.
